The Game: Tera Online

Tera

In order to create a character in The Exiled Realm of Arborea, a person has to go through the Character Creation system.
The character creation allows players to customize their character's appearance in the game. All new characters must go through this customization process. The character creation screen features all seven races (AmanBaraka,CastanicElinHigh elfHuman, and Popori), and all eight classes (ArcherBerserkerLancerMysticPriest,Sorcerer, and Warrior). Players can choose either male of female version of each race except for the Elin (all female), Baraka (all male), and Popori (seemingly all male, although they appear as somewhat gender neutral animals).

Character creation features the following detailed options:
  • Presets: A collection of preset characters to choose as starting templates.

race is a way to tell a difference between multiple species. The world of Arborea is inhabited by many races, although the vast majority of the races cannot be controlled, seven of them were chosen to become playable and lead the story of The Exiled Realm of Arborea.

I´ve been playing Tera online for a while now, and after playing WoW for like 5 years, its refreshing and new. It resambles wow, vindictus, or Lineage. Recommended!

Some Free MMORPG Games

Forsaken World

Forsaken World is a nice-looking new free MMORPG from Perfect World. 5 Races, 7 classes, and a wealth of character customization options ensure your avatar will stand out from the pack. Forsaken World gives you plenty to do on top of the usual questing and monster slaying, with many different jobs like botany and mining. Forsaken World shows a lot of promise. Don’t let it pass you by in the rush of games on the market.

C9(Continent of the Ninth Seal)

C9 (Continent of the Ninth Seal) represents one of the better hack and slash MMOs available. It features an indepth combo system which allows players to chain multiple unique abilities together to form long and complex attacks. With the first major expansion just launching and an already established competitive PvP scene, C9 aims to keep gamers busy with new classes and new instances to explore. For those looking for a fast paced action MMORPG with a competitive PvP scene C9 is a notable conteder.

Dragon Nest

Dragon Nest is an action RPG published by Nexon where some of the greatest visuals ever seen in a free MMORPG go hand in hand with charming anime characters and exciting real time combat. There’s a lot to be amazed at in this game, an all-round polished offering that any self-respected fan should try.

Dungeons and Dragons Online

DDO seemed to have everything going for it upon its initial release, but never seemed to find an audience. It had great graphics, a unique play style, and the pedigree of one of the best MMO developers behind it in Turbine. Despite its failure as a pay-to-play game, don’t be fooled into thinking that was due to the quality of the game. Though it suffers from some of the repetition that other instance-based games suffer from, it’s still an incredibly challenging and enjoyable experience.
